Project: 5020 N. Interstate Condos, Portland, OR

This 6-story condominium project will offer 40 affordable rate units for residents at a variety of income levels and 24 units at market rate at a site across from the MAX light rail line.  Site amenities include ornamental plantings at townhouse entry patios, required buffer plantings and a landscaped courtyard with children’s play area, picnic tables, benches and plantings.  The project is aiming for Earth Advantage Gold certification.
