Project: Aldercrest Apartments – Gresham , OR

The Aldercrest Apartment complex consists of 17 existing two-story apartment buildings providing 68 affordable homes.  The total site area is roughly 5 acres with approximately 2.5 acres of landscaped open space, play area, gathering places and pedestrian circulation.  This project included the addition of a 2,100 SF community building and a new playground, picnic areas and shrub and tree plantings.
