Client: Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency
Project: Q3 Trailhead, Lake Oswego, Oregon

MZLA provided project management and landscape architecture services for the development of a trailhead for the Q3 Trail to connect downtown Lake Oswego to Foothills Park and the Willamette River. Pedestrians and trolley users now enjoy ADA access to the Trolley ticket office, a new eight-car parking lot, a seating area, and trail connection to the Q3 Trail as well as ornamental plantings.

Stormwater is now collected on-site in a vegetated raingarden. Project elements include permeable pavers, planters, bike racks, fencing, signs, irrigation, and lighting. The project was funded by the downtown urban renewal district and completed in 2016.
