Project: Leonard Street Improvements, Lake Oswego, OR
At the southern edge of downtown Lake Oswego, Leonard Street is unique as it provides access to both residences and commercial properties. The impetus for the project came from neighbors who wanted to upgrade the streetscape with street trees. The raingarden stormwater feature collects and treats runoff from the street in a vibrant planter of Heritage river birch and soft rush.
