Foothills Park embraces the bank of the Willamette River in Lake Oswego providing expansive views of the river, wildlife and distant bridges.
A former industrial site, this 9.5-acre park includes a .5 mile multi-use path constructed on a former railroad bed, formal plaza with water feature, amphitheater, extensive plantings and river viewpoints.
Marianne Zarkin was the project manager and lead landscape architect for this project while at another firm.
