Location:Lake Oswego, OR
The design of First Street, with it’s curbless sections, narrowed travel lane, angled parking and modular paving, help to create a sense of place for downtown Lake Oswego.
Improvements include a mid-block pedestrian crossing, curb extensions, low basalt seat walls, extensive ornamental plantings and street furnishings.
Marianne Zarkin was the project manager and lead landscape architect for this project while at another firm.
